Dominic set up Constantine’s investments in the Renewables sector, including CWE. He joined Constantine in 2008 from investment bank Morgan Stanley, and in 2021 became Chief Executive of Constantine Group.
Jonathon Chevenix Trench
Jonathan, together with Anthony, are the Board representatives of Jemm Capital, a 50% shareholder in CWE. Jonathan was previously the chief operating officer of Morgan Stanley’s institutional securities business. He is a founding partner of African Century, an African investment business and a Director of the Royal Ballet School.
Anthony De Normann
Anthony is a Founding Director of Jemm Capital, a private credit fund investing directly into renewables and sub-Saharan Africa businesses. Previously he was an Officer in the British Army and at GEC Marconi where he led a Management Buy Out of the Vehicle Telematics Unit. He holds a MBA from INSEAD Business School.
Bruce joined the team in 2015. Over the last 15 years he has led financing the construction of windfarms, the development of new windfarms and more latterly the operations of windfarms. Prior to becoming involved in wind, Bruce was involved in both corporate and specialised finance as well as private equity in London and New York.
Tim is the Managing Director of Constantine Wind. Over the past 18 years he has been involved in the development, financing and construction of wind, solar and battery storage projects across Europe the Asia Pacific and North America. Prior to joining CWE he worked predominantly for RES Group and Albanwise a property investment group leading the development over 1GW of solar and wind assets.
Sarah joined the team in 2016 and is a Chartered Management Accountant with many years’ experience as Financial Controller for a number of small businesses. She has overall responsibility for the whole accounting function for CWE and all its SPVs.
Joe is a veteran of the Royal Navy and has been working in renewables for 11 years. Having joined the team in 2021, he is responsible for asset integrity, insurance, and guides the construction process for replacement turbines.
Head of Asset Management
After years of working in a UK-based wind and solar maintenance company, Nick joined the team in 2023. Nick manages our fleet of wind turbines, ensuring that the fleet remains in good operation and managing our relationship with third party maintenance companies.
Daniel joined the team in 2018 after spending his first years post-university in China and Hungary. He is responsible for due diligence on new acquisitions, manages repowering projects as well as the day-to-day operations of the CWE fleet.
Sophia joined the team in 2014 and is responsible for the smooth running of accounts processing including dealing with suppliers and processing income. She also assists with management accounts on a quarterly basis.
Dan joined the team in 2020 and is responsible for landowner rental payments and generation income. He is also assisting the finance team with ongoing reporting and accounts matters. Dan is currently studying to become an ICAEW qualified accountant.
